Chunky Cable Knit Pom Pom Sweater
These beautiful handmade chunky cable knit pom pom sweaters will keep your pet both incredibly stylish and toasty warm in the cooler months. Handmade with different patterns and gorgeous pom pom detailing they are a must have winter accessory and super cute. Sweater sizing is available in sizes S, M, L, and XL with the Pom Pom detailing. Currently we have only a few available in the colour - Strawberries and Cream - which is a fire engine red colour with contrasting white pom poms. This sweater knit pattern is a combination of both cable knit, criss cross patterns and poms poms and this sweater has sleeves and it is 100% soft acrylic.
In a similar but different knit pattern we have the colours "Cinnamon" a rich warm chocolate brown colour with cable knit design, the colour "Hazel" a gorgeous earthy griege taupe colour in the same knit design, our latest colour "PISTACHIO" is a beautiful light sage green, as well as the colour "Waratah" a gorgeous vibrant red that is really striking and all the pom poms on these four colours are the one solid colour and they are all sleeveless designs and are all wool blends. They are squarish ended at the back and the belly in style as well unlike our usual rounded edge shape sweaters.
We have also picked up a couple of this same sweater in a colour DUSTY BLUE MARLE with Sleeves as well which is like a lilac blue mixed with white yarn knit, but only available in size M and only very limited quantity. It is a wool blend but has sleeves and the front and back lengths are 2cms shorter than listed on the size chart for size M but otherwise the same and when its gone it gone. We also have a couple of this same colour sweater with a Tulip and Cable design on the back, with sleeves also only in size Medium if you wish to check that listing out as well.
With our handmade items we take them as they are completed so we have a mix of sizes and colours at any given time and can not guarantee getting exactly the same item in stock at a later date so basically - get them while stocks last. We source our sweaters from various suppliers so they are NOT all the same size and you must refer to the size chart for correct sizing. A medium in one sweater is not the same as a medium in another. Sweater sizing for cats is the same as for dogs so just measure to get the best fit.
These jumpers do not have leash holes in the backs of them as this tends to create a place of wear and tear and the sweaters usually perish at this point so we encourage you to put harnesses over the top of your pets beautiful handmade knit sweaters instead. All of our harnesses are fully adjustable at both the chest and neck points to allow for you to adjust your harness in the cooler months to be larger and go over sweaters.
Like humans, some pets are uncomfortable in wool fabrics and these super soft knitted acrylic and wool blend sweaters are very comfortable and not at all itchy on your pets skin and don't cause overheating as some fabrics can do, beautiful quality, lovely and soft materials, made from the same materials as used in high quality human sweaters. Acrylic blends with wool are fantastic as they wear better and reduce pilling as usually experienced with 100% wool garments. They are all handmade so there can be slight variation from each individual sweater in measurements from the size chart but this is minimal. Also they stretch and expand and can fit an amazing variety of body shapes and breeds.
Note that the size chart lists the measurements of the sweater - unstretched in the first instance and any ranges indicate that it can accommodate up to that size comfortably. The neck cuff has been included in this sweater's front (under) and back measurements as well. The measurements are NOT of your pet, so you can determine if this size will fit your pet or not.
PRODUCT INFO & CARE
Hendricks and Maple knitted garments are machine washable in a laundry bag on a cold, delicate cycle and should be laid flat to dry. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron. Fabrics may fade over time. Made from natural and synthetic fibres. Some fabrics and yarns are delicate. It is recommended to wash wool garments on a cold wash with wool detergent only.
There is some stretch in the knit of these beautiful sweaters (less in acrylic). This is a sweater (not a jacket) and needs to fit over your pets head and chest. Measure your pet to ensure best fit.
Different designs and manufacturers have different sizings so always measure your pet for the perfect fit for the design you are buying. You want to measure your pet around the neck and chest points (behind the legs at the widest point) and must allow an additional few cms (slip 3 fingers widths in when measuring) at each of these points for your pets comfort. You also want to measure your pets back length and check the sweater length is suitable for them.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:
Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable.
Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.
For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection. We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved. All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange. The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.
We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.

We use Australia Post standard domestic parcel service in international post to send our goods. Please see final shipping cost which will be calculated in the checkout section and based on the weight of your total order. Some items covered by standard rate shipping.
SIZE CHART - POM POM SWEATERS
Our beautifully soft cable and knit pom pom sweaters are available 5 sizes and there is a bit of stretch in the knit. Please measure your pet prior to purchase for the correct fit and go up a size if on the edge of the range. Always allow an additonal 2-3cms or 3 fingers under the measuring tape for your pets comfort.
NOTE the front length and back length measurements include the neck cuff and they are of the sweater (not your pet).
