The PUP FICTION collar is available in sizes XXS, XS, S, M and L. Size XXS has a breakaway buckle perfect for puppies, toy and teacup breeds and of course cats. Match with our other accessories such as our gorgeous knit sweaters in the colour FIG and pair with our Purple Ombre Cotton Rope Leash.
All our leashes have a D ring to easily attach your disposable bag, treat bag or other accessories and all our disposable bags have a convenient and discreetly located bag dispenser in the Hendricks and Maple logo, a clip to attach to the leashes and take a standard roll of bags. All of our collars are lined with padding so they are soft on your pets neck and all are adjustable. Beautiful gift for someone with a cat or a brand new puppy.
Your measurements should allow for a 2-3cms extra for comfort and please see the size chart and measure your pet for the best fit. Measurements for harnesses and collars are the same for a cat or a dog.
Most adult cats will fit a size XXS collar which has a breakaway buckle or our XS collar - its a chunkier look but we love it. Our new XXS printed neoprene collars with breakaway buckles are also perfect for puppies and toy and teacup breeds.
NOTE we also have black nylon leashes for sale that are shorter than average at 120cms in length if you find average leash lengths too long or you will be using a leash splitter (walk two dogs) and wish to have a shorter leash.
PRODUCT INFO & CARE
NOTE Adjustable harness and accessories are machine washable in a gentle cycle in a laundry bag and should be laid flat to dry. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron. Fabrics may fade over time and are a normal part of wear and tear. Made from natural and synthetic fibres. Custom Hendricks and Maple design printed neoprene fabric with breathable mesh lining, with adjustable harness points at both the neck and the chest for the perfect fit.
Match your look with the matching accessories for this custom print including lead, collar and disposable poop bag holder. Some designs also have matching bandanas and car restraints.
Different designs and manufacturers have different sizings so always measure your pet for the perfect fit for the design you are buying. You want to measure your pet around the neck and chest points (behind the legs at the widest point) and must allow an additional few cms (slip 3 fingers widths in when measuring) at each of these points for your pets comfort.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:
Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable.
Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.
For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection. We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved. All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange. The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.
We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.
SHIPPING INFO
We use Australia Post standard domestic parcel service in international post to send our goods. Please see final shipping cost which will be calculated in the checkout section and based on the weight of your total order. Some items covered by standard rate shipping.
SIZE CHART - NEOPRENE RANGE
Our printed neoprene classic style harnesses and collars come in 5 sizes XXS-L. This design is lined and adjustable like all of our collars and machine washable.
Please measure your pet prior to purchase for the correct fit and go up a size if on the edge of the range. Always allow an additonal 2-3cms or 3 fingers under the measuring tape for your pets comfort. Note that dogs and cats measure the same way for harnesses and most adult cats will fit a size XXS or XS collar. We also note that most adult Dachshunds will fit a size S collar and size M harness. Please measure and if this is your situation please let us know and we will put together a size S collar in a size M harness bundle for you.
