Soft Cotton Rope Handsfree Leash 230cms

Cotton rope leash with tough steel powder coated and enamelled rust-resistant gold coloured metal clasp with a 360 degree rotation to attach to your pets collar or harness.  Measures 230cms from end to end. Clasps may need a drop of machine oil for easy sliding and maintenance. Note this is a long length cotton rope leash with clasps on both ends and 2 O rings are positioned on the leash that can be manually turned to position in a custom location for you to either clip around your waist one end or use as an over the shoulder loop for a handsfree experience or to create a handle to hold.  The other end can be used as a collar if needed and by manually adjusting the O ring position to fit any size dogs neck requirements.  Since it is soft it is kind on the dogs neck too if used this way. Or it can attach to the dogs collar or harness.  Clips on both ends also enable you to position one clasp on the front of a no-pull harness and the other claps on the back D rings for dual control for a dog that pulls when walking.  Or you can simply create a handle one end and clip the other end to the collar or harness for an extra long leash used in the traditional way.

Cotton rope leashes can be washed in a laundry bag in the washing machine but colours will naturally fade over time and with regular washing.  This is normal and considered general wear and tear.

Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused.  Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable. 

Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.  Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.

For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection.  We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved.  All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.

If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange.  The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.

We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.

We use Australia Post standard domestic parcel service in international post to send our goods. Please see final shipping cost which will be calculated in the checkout section and based on the weight of your total order.  Some items covered by standard rate shipping.
