WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE TO YOUR OTHER SIMILAR LOOKING SWEATERS LIKE YOUR "CABLE KNIT TURTLE NECK SWEATERS WITH SLEEVES"?
In person the differences are more obvious however for the most part it is just totally different sizing, material and a different knit pattern. These particular sweaters are larger sizing than the others and fit bigger pets than the others do and are more stretchy. They also are only available in acrylic but it is a super soft gorgeous yarn that they love and is also used in many high end human fashion sweaters. Some of the colours are even identical in both types but we've generally used different colour names to lessen any confusion but still chosen names that accurately represent the colour of the sweaters. See sizing chart and measure your pet for the best fit for this sweater and sizing runs big and with a lot of stretch. If you have a larger breed you will want this sweater as the other style will probably not fit your pet even with the largest of that size. As an exmaple size XS in this style will fit the average Minature Dachshund whereas size XS in the other style fits a small Chihuahua.

Acrylic is fantastic as they wear better and do not really pill as usually experienced with wool garments. They are all handmade so there can be slight variation from each individual sweater in measurements from the size chart but this is minimal. Also they stretch and expand and can fit an amazing variety of body shapes and breeds including odd bod shapes such as French Bulldogs. Please go by the measurements when selecting a size not by what you think your pet's size would be.
COLOUR NOTE - OATMEAL in this design is the same colour as CREMA in the other style, CORNFLOWER BLUE is the same colour as SKY BLUE in the other style, MARSHMALLOW is the same colour as BLUSH in the other style, MINT is the same colour as SPEARMINT in the other style and LAVENDER is the same colour as LILAC in the other style, However to help with not getting the two different styles confused we've also made sure to use different colour names for the five colours that are in this style.
MODEL NOTES
If you've been reading about our models for your reference Olive and Maple wear a size M in this design and Hendricks wears a size L. Average mini dachshund will wear a size XS.
PRODUCT INFO & CARE
Hendricks and Maple knitted garments are machine washable in a laundry bag on a cold, delicate cycle and should be laid flat to dry. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron. Fabrics may fade over time. Made from natural and synthetic fibres. Some fabrics and yarns are delicate. Chunky Knit Roll Neck Sweaters with Sleeves are incredibly soft feel acrylic.
There is a lot of stretch in the knit of these beautiful sweaters and the sizing runs large. This is a sweater (not a jacket) and needs to fit over your pets head and chest. There is a lot of stretch in the product. Measure your pet to ensure best fit.
Different designs and manufacturers have different sizings so always measure your pet for the perfect fit for the design you are buying. You want to measure your pet around the neck and chest points (behind the legs at the widest point) and must allow an additional few cms (slip 3 fingers widths in when measuring) at each of these points for your pets comfort. You also want to measure your pets back length and check the sweater length is suitable for them.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:
Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable.
Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.
For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection. We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved. All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange. The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.
We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.

Our beautifully soft chunky cable knit sweaters are available in 4 sizes and there is a bit of stretch in the knit. Please measure your BOW prior to purchase for the correct fit and go up a size if on the edge of the range. Always allow an additonal 2-3cms or 3 fingers under the measuring tape for your BOWs comfort.

My dog loves this jumper its super soft, stretchy and its not itchy or uncomfortable and washes well in the wash. Its definitely made from quality materials its nicer than my own jumpers!!! Love the cable knit detail and the faux leather H&M tag on the bottom of the jumper is really cool touch - looks great, feels super expensive and keeps my boy warm without him overheating! get so many compliments when he's wearing it - real fashion statement!
