Our super cute and high quality treat bag pouches are available in a range of colours and have a metal zippered pocket closure and metal clasp to easily and effortlessly clip onto the matching jacquard embroidered shoulder strap or to the Walkies Bags or you can attach them to your Hendricks and Maple leashes or the back of your pets harness. Designed to go with the 2-IN-1 Treat and Walkies Bags Sets they of course work with any other of our Walkies Bags and just clip onto anywhere at all you can attach them too. Easy to clean - just simply wipe down with a damp cloth after use as they are made from waterproof materials. Treat Pouch measures 8.5cm x 9cm x 3cm and is available in the colours that we have from our 2-IN-1 Treat and Walkies Bag Sets Ranges.

 

Note that the bag is included in the 2-IN-1 Treat and Walkies Bag Set should you wish to purchase it with the matching main walkies bag and embroidered jacquard shoulder strap for a fantastic price.  THIS IS FOR THE TREAT POUCH ONLY.  You need a bag or something else to attach it to.

    NOTE Handwash by simply wiping down the bag when required with a damp cloth and lay flat to dry. Can be washed in a laundry bag in a washine machine as well. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron. Fabrics may fade over time. Made from natural and synthetic fibres. Treat Bag Measures 8.5cms x 9cms x 3cms

    Bags have metal buckles, zippers and clips (not plastic).  The Walkies bag has a zippered front pocket closure and side disposable poop bag holder, internal compartment with pockets for your items.  Seperate treat bag is also zipped and clips onto the Shoulder Strap D ring. Walkies Bag Measures 20cms tall x 17cms wide x 6cms deep.

     

  • EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

    Thank you for your business. We hope that you love your purchase and giving your BOW some WOW.

    If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:

    Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused.  Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable. 

    Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.  Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.

    For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection.  We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved.  All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.

    If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange.  The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.

    We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    We use Australia Post standard domestic parcel service in international post to send our goods. Please see final shipping cost which will be calculated in the checkout section and based on the weight of your total order.  Some items covered by standard rate shipping.
