Wellie Dog Boots
Don't let the weather stop you and your pooch from enjoying the outdoors. Our gorgeous wellies for dogs are available in 5 sizes XXS, XS, S, M and L and currently in the colour Mustard Yellow. These boots are adjustable and provide great wet weather protection for your pup. Easy to get on and off with adjustable velcro strap.
Make sure to measure your dogs paw for the correct fit and see the size chart and remember that any weight suggestions are only suggestions and you should always go with the measurements of their paws. Of course as your pup has four feet they all come in sets of 4.

PRODUCT INFO & CARE
Just rinse and pat dry.
To measure your dogs size grab a piece of paper and a pen and place your dogs paw on the paper. Trace around the dogs paw and measure the widest point across the paw print. Select the boot on the size chart that will fit your dogs paw at its widest point.
Note the chart measurements are the "inside fit" of the boots and if close, go up a size. Always measure your dog for the correct fit.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:
Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable.
Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.
For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection. We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved. All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange. The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.
We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.

We use Australia Post standard domestic parcel service in international post to send our goods. Please see final shipping cost which will be calculated in the checkout section and based on the weight of your total order. Some items covered by standard rate shipping.
