We know purchasing online is different to shopping in person. We want your gear to fit perfectly, so if you get the sizing wrong, we're happy to exchange items that are in perfect condition—unworn, unused, and undamaged. Below you'll find information about our returns and exchange policies, shipping, privacy, and Afterpay options.
Shipping
Australia-Wide Shipping
We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Orders are dispatched same day (orders placed before 2pm) or next business day.

Under 500g: Shipped in eco-friendly biodegradable satchels

Over 500g: Australia Post Satchel (flat rate up to 5kg Australia-wide)
Your shipping cost is a flat rate and orders over $150AUD enjoy FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA-WIDE!
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Australia Post International Parcel Service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination country.
Important: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs in your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
USA Orders: A 10% tariff fee is automatically added at checkout to cover US government import duties - we pay this for you!

International: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
Please note: We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address provided is incorrect. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Returns and Exchanges
Faulty Products
Received a faulty product? We're so sorry! Contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a refund - no need to send it back!
Wrong Size? No Problem!
How to Exchange:
