Hendricks and Maple ship domestically and internationally using Australia Post which is weight based and we directly offer the rates offered to us by Australia Post in the form of their Domestic Parcel Service and their International Parcel Satchels. 

 

Our harness sets are sent within Australia and Internationally using Australia Post Domestic and International Satchels based on the weight of your total order.  A complete harness set and matching car restraint comes in just under 500g.  More than this goes over.

If you are within Australia and your order a harness set for example we will ship it to your address beautifully wrapped and sent in a H&M box which allows up to 500g.  If your order goes over this we will opt for an Australia Post branded box or satchel which allows us to send up to 5kg within Australia. In either case the products are beautifully wrapped internally ready to send directly to someone as a beautiful gift for an amazing present. We do not include price tags on the products or invoices within the packages either so you can be assured that all they will get is major WOW when it is received.

 

International orders are also sent wrapped the same way internally in Australia Post International Satchels with the weight ranges of 500g, up to 1kg, 1kg - 1.5kg and 2kg.  Prices quoted at checkout for international shipping are the prices we are charged to ship to various countries in these available satchels based on the total weight of your purchase.

We will include wrapping if this means it remains within weight limits but we will opt to save you money and not include it if it means paying more shipping. Please note that you are responsible for any customs or fees incurred in your own country as we have to complete custom forms for your purchases including cost of goods.
