Boston Wool Wrapper Jacket
This stylish looking wrapper jacket is made from water repellent wool blend fabric on the external layer and easily pops over the head with a velcro style strap arount the waist with various adjustment. Beautiful fine fleece lines the inside of this jacket to keep your pup warm and comfortable. It is such beautiful quality and looks super smart and practical to keep your BOW WOW warm and dry without the bulk of wearing a thick coat. Perfect for outdoor activites and pups on the go and for layering over other clothing and harnesses. Two-way zipper access for attaching a lead to the collar or harness for convenience. Available in the colour "Charcoal" and lined with soft warm black inner fleece fabric to keep your BOW WOW warm and dry in sizes XXS, XSmall, Small, Medium, Large, XLarge 2XL and 3XL. This jacket is very smart looking and really oozes WOW. The outer fabric is "water repellent" not totally waterproof, of a very high quality wool blend fabric.
Please note this particular jacket listing has a slightly longer than usual chest/waist strap of about 3-4cms longer than the others for those that have bigger chests or are a bit on the tubby side. VERY Limited stock.
Refer to the sizing chart and measure your BOW for correct sizing and if in doubt go up a size. Other same jackets with less adjustment (slightly shorter waist strap) are available to suit more slim breed sizing where they would have it on the smallest setting. Sizes are exactly the same but the strap length is 3-4cms shorter for more normal chest/waist requirements. The longer strap would be too long for very skinny dogs at the waist.

If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:
Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable.
Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.
For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection. We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved. All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange. The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.
We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.

We use Australia Post standard domestic parcel service in international post to send our goods. Please see final shipping cost which will be calculated in the checkout section and based on the weight of your total order. Some items covered by standard rate shipping.

Our water repellent wrapper style jackets are for standard breeds and come in 8 sizes from XXS - 3XL. These high quality waterproof wool blend fabric jackets are lined with soft polar fleece and are lightweight and warm and perfect for outdoor activities and walks. Elastic toggle adjustment at the end to adjust individually and velcro chest strap. Measure your pet before purchasing and the adjustable strap means it can fit the dog either over the harness, without harness or at times the dog may hold more weight or when the coat is longer than at other times in winter with the chest adjustment. Rear zipper allows a lead to be attached to a harness for convenience.
