Absolutely stunning Hendricks and Maple Fleur range luxury floral Fleur jacquard fabric leash with gold metal coloured clasps are exceptionally well-made and screams of WOW. Clip to easily attach the matching MUST HAVE accessory fleur disposble poop bag holders with gold metal coloured clasps and zipper. All our bag holders have a convenient and discreetly located bag dispenser in the Hendricks and Maple logo and take a standard roll of bags. This soft fabric is lovely to hold in hand whilst walking your pet and easy to clean and maintain as it is machine washable.
Matching the rest of the Fleur range also available is the adjustable luxury jacquard fabric NO PULL classic style harness with adjustment points at both the chest and neck, the matching collar and and Sailor Bow sold separately or as a gorgeous 4pce set to save you money.

PRODUCT INFO & CARE
NOTE Adjustable harness and accessories are machine washable in a laundry bag and should be laid flat to dry. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron. Fabrics may fade over time. Made from natural and synthetic fibres.
Exceptional quality luxury embossed floral design fabric with gold coloured O and D rings and matching coloured buckles. Lightweight and comfortable for your pet with breathable inner mesh lining.
Hendricks and Maple adjustable harnesses have adjustment points at both the neck and the chest for the perfect fit. Match your look with the matching accessories for this fabric including harness, collar, disposable poop bag holder and bows. Some products have other matching accessories as well such as bandanas, shoulder bags and car restraints or matching coloured accessories like jackets, jumpers, snugs or beanies so its easy to give your BOW or MEOW some WOW.
Different designs and manufacturers have different sizings so always measure your dog for the perfect fit for the design you are buying. You want to measure your pet around the neck and chest points (behind the legs at the widest point) and must allow an additional few cms (slip 3 fingers widths in when measuring) at each of these points for your pets comfort.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:
Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable.
Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.
For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection. We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved. All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange. The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.
We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.

We use Australia Post standard domestic parcel service in international post to send our goods. Please see final shipping cost which will be calculated in the checkout section and based on the weight of your total order. Some items covered by standard rate shipping.
