Highland Faux Tweed Jacket
This faux tweed wool look jacket is made from water repellent polyester fabric and easily pops over the head with an adjustable velcro waist strap. Lined with faux fur fabric inside to keep your pup warm and comfortable. Zipper access for attaching a leash to the collar for convenience. Reflective piping at the front sides for night visibility. Length to suit our longer bodied Hounds such as Whippets and Greyhounds and longer front design to cover the chest. Chilly outside? So easy to grab this jacket and still enjoy the outdoors! Available in four colours Cranberry, Pewter, Biscuit and Peach Rhubarb and in six sizes Small, Medium, Large, XLarge, 2XL and 3XL. Size 2XL generally fits a large whippet or small greyhound and size 3XL generally fits a normal to large greyhound.
Note The outer fabric is "water repellent" not totally waterproof and the jacket is not real wool tweed and the lining is not real fur.*
Refer to the sizing chart and measure your pet for correct sizing and if in doubt go up a size. This jacket is not recommended for short legged breeds even though the length is great for longer bodies because of the front panelling is too long and will drag on the ground (ie Dachshunds) but perfect for other longer bodied breeds with normal height.
MODEL NOTE - if you have checked out our ABOUT US section you will note that Hendricks hear is wearing a size L and both Olive and Maple are wearing a size M. Hazelnut who is only almost 5mths old is wearing a size S currently.
* Please note this is a curated product and the inner lining comes in two different types some sizes have faux sheepskin fabric lining and others have a faux fur lining. The sheepskin lining is being phased out and no longer available so we are currently receiving a mix of styles with our order. Eventually all will be imitation faux fur as the sheepskin fabric is no longer available. The outer faux tweed water repellent fabric is unchanged between them all, its only the lining that has been changed.
This product is not suitable for Dachshunds or breeds with very short legs as the front panel that protects the chest even on the size S is too long for them and will drag on the ground.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:
Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable.
Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.
For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection. We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved. All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange. The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.
We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.

SIZE CHART - FAUX TWEED JACKET
Our water repellent Highland Faux Tweed Jackets are made from a wool-look style fabric that is a mix of polyester, acrylic, acetate fiber, and viscose fibers. They are lined with soft faux fur fabric and are lightweight and warm and perfect for outdoor activities and walks. Elastic toggle adjustment at the neck to bring in the stand-up collar and velcro adjustable waist strap. Measure your pet before purchasing and the adjustable strap means it can fit the pet either over the harness, without harness or at times the pet may hold more weight or when the pets fur coat is longer than at other times with the chest adjustment. Rear zipper allows a leash to be attached to a collar for convenience.
