POD Dog Boots
POD DOG BOOTS are absolutely fantastic and made from diving wetsuit-style neoprene fabric with rubber soles! These wrap-around dog boots secure your pet's paws during outdoor activities. Available in three colours: Black, Olive, and Slate Grey.
Easy to put on with double velcro wrap and just as easy to remove. Easy to clean - just rinse in water after use or machine wash if needed. Perfect for dogs with sensitive paws, allergies, or injuries, and ideal for water sports, boating, hiking, or the beach! Great for protecting paws from scorching summer heat or freezing cold ground and snow. Reflective strip around the entire shoe for better nighttime visibility.
Larger sizing for bigger pets - if PODs are too large, see our "Tippy Taps" boots for smaller sizes. Perfect for Greyhounds as this style wraps around the paw - typically go tight with measurements unlike other shoes!
Available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. (Note: XXS and 3XL not currently available.)
Sizing Note: Average standard Greyhounds typically wear size XL, smaller Greyhounds wear size L. Medium Labradoodles (~15-18kg) typically wear size L, Mini Labradoodles (~10-14kg) typically wear size M. Always measure - don't guess!
Personal Tip: For long-haired breeds or sandy adventures, add long prong Kam snaps to the edge of the main flap in a custom position for your pet's paws. This keeps them secure when velcro gets sandy or dirty. Must use extra long prong Kam snaps - standard Kam snaps won't work through the thick fabric!

CRITICAL: YOU MUST MEASURE YOUR DOG'S PAW!
How to Measure:
- Place a piece of paper on the floor
- Have your dog stand on the paper (paw must spread naturally as when walking)
- Trace around your dog's paw
- Measure the widest point across the paw print
- Allow for claws in your measurement
- Match to the size chart below
IMPORTANT:
- The entire paw must fit inside the rubber sole
- If the paw doesn't fit inside the rubber sole, the dog will walk on the neoprene fabric and tear it
- Chart measurements are the "inside fit" of the boots
- For PODs, go close to your dog's paw size - do NOT size up like other shoe styles
- Keep claws maintained to avoid needing oversized boots

Sizing Notes:
- These boots are made from neoprene with rubber soles - they stretch around the paw when wrapped
- There is a tendency to select too large a size
- Size difference between sizes is quite significant - best to size down
- Many customers who order XXL return for XL when they see how big they are
- Larger sizes fit large dog breeds
