Australia-Wide Shipping
We use Australia Post for all deliveries, and every parcel is tracked. Orders are dispatched the same day (orders placed before 2pm) or the next business day.
- Under 500g: shipped in eco-friendly biodegradable satchels
- Over 500g: Australia Post satchel (flat rate up to 5kg Australia-wide)
- FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide on orders over $150 AUD
- Parcel Post: 2–4 business days within NSW, 3–6 business days interstate
- Express Post: 1–2 business days within NSW, 1–3 business days interstate
International Shipping
We ship worldwide with Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. Most orders arrive in the destination country around 5 days after ordering, and the average delivery time from ordering to receipt is around 2–3 weeks, depending on your country's customs and local postal service.
Import Duties & Taxes
- USA (incl. territories), Canada, UK, Germany, Sweden and Denmark: all import duties, taxes and fees are prepaid by us and included at checkout — nothing more to pay on arrival.
- Elsewhere in the EU: your country will charge VAT plus an EU customs duty (~€3) and handling fee (~€2) before delivery. These are charged per type of product, not per piece — our collars, harnesses, leads, bandanas and dog clothing all count as one type, so most orders attract just one ~€5 charge.
- Rest of the world: your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery — please check your local rules before ordering.
