Fabulous Tippy Taps Dog Boots come in many colours and in two styles - waterproof and breathable. Do you have a pup that loves the outdoors and comes with you on your adventures? Perfect for hiking and off-road adventures, water sports and beach activities, or to keep their little tippys safe from burns on the hot tarmac on hot days or protect them from snow burn or keep them dry in wet weather conditions in the cold.
We’ve got waterproof and breathable comfortable fabric boots for small and medium sized active pups. With non-slip rubber soles, zipper style designs to quickly take on or off, and adjustable velcro straps which allow further adjustment that are also reflective which make them more visible in low light conditions, mist, rain, or at night. Be prepared for any activity - day, night or in any weather conditions with a set of Tippy Taps!
There are 5 sizes available – refer to the size chart and “How to Measure for Shoes” to work out what size is best for your pet. Decide whether you would prefer waterproof fabric tippy taps or breathable fabric tippy taps depending on the actiivites you and your pet enjoy together.
Our waterproof boots are available in 4 colours called “Camel Suede”, “Black Suede” or our designer prints in “Maple Syrup” or “Pink Parfait” and our breathable fabric boots are also available in 4 colours called “Sand”, “Night”, “Red Rock” and “Sea”.

NOTE not suitable for Greyhounds or dogs with very fine slim paws such as Iggy's or Whippets either, see the PODs for these breeds as the wraparound style of the PODs boots makes them perfect for these breeds with fine paws. Also not suitable for very large breeds see our BIG DOG BOOTS for these larger sizes.
PRODUCT INFO & CARE
Machine washable on delicate cycle or just rinse as required and leave out to dry naturally.
To measure your dogs size grab a piece of paper and a pen and place your dogs paw on the paper. Trace around the dogs paw and measure the widest point across the paw print. Select the boot on the size chart that will fit your dogs paw at its widest point.
Note the chart measurements are the "inside fit" of the boots and if close, go up a size. Always measure your dog for the correct fit.
There are 5 sizes simply called 1-5.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:
Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable.
Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.
For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection. We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved. All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange. The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.
We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.

We use Australia Post standard domestic parcel service in international post to send our goods. Please see final shipping cost which will be calculated in the checkout section and based on the weight of your total order. Some items covered by standard rate shipping.
