NOTE using it to walk two dogs you still require a normal dog leash, this is an attachment that goes onto a dog leash, not a dog leash in itself. It is also not a dog car restraint in itself and requires a dog car restraint to connect to in order to be used in the car. Any dog travelling in the car should have a correctly fitted dog harness and never be attached to a dog car restraint via the neck or its dog collar as you could kill your dog or cause severe spinal damage or injury in even a very minor incident even from sudden breaking. There is also available a shorter 120cms black dog leash if you find that using a 2-IN-1 dog leash extender on your standard length dog leash is too long for you to manage. Just purchase one of our shorter dog leashes to use with it, its about 30cms shorter than your average dog leash length of 150cms.

NOTE Adjustable accessories are machine washable in a laundry bag and should be laid flat to dry. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron. Fabrics may fade over time. Made from natural and synthetic fibres. One size only.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:
Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable.
Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.
For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection. We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved. All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange. The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.
We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.
