Product Information

Our Couture Feather Dog Sweaters are beautifully handmade from hand-knitted and hand-dyed acrylic yarn with real Turkey Feathers. These delicate jumpers are all handmade, so slight variation in measurements can occur.

Important: Shedding is common with feather garments - this is normal and expected.

Available in 3 colours: Fairy Floss, Chilled Ice and Lavender Haze. Available in 4 sizes: S, M, L, XL.

Because these garments are hand-knitted and hand-dyed, slight variations in size, colour, and finish are normal and add to the unique character of each piece.

Care Instructions

Treat your feather jumper with care! Hand wash or machine wash on a cold delicate/wool cycle (30°C max) using wool-specific detergent in a mesh laundry bag. Lay flat to dry in indirect sunlight - never hang as this will stretch the garment. Treat as you would any woollen garment, but with a little more care due to the feathers.

Important:

• Use ONLY cold water and wool/delicate detergent
• Machine wash on cold delicate cycle ONLY
• ALWAYS use a mesh laundry bag
• Do NOT use hot water
• Do NOT bleach
• Do NOT tumble dry
• Do NOT iron
• Do NOT dry clean
• Do NOT hang to dry - always lay flat
• Reshape gently while damp if needed
• Shedding is common and normal with feather garments

Wool Care Tip: After washing, gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring) and roll in a clean towel to absorb moisture before laying flat to dry.

Feather Care: Handle feathers gently. Some shedding is expected and normal with real feather garments.

Wrong Size? No Problem!

How to Exchange:

• Contact us first - we'll check if your size is in stock
• Order the correct size online - we'll ship it same day
• Return the wrong size to us (we'll provide the address)

Important:

• Products must be unworn and in new condition (tried on is fine!)
• Keep tags attached if possible
• Refund processed within 5 working days of receiving your return
• You cover return shipping costs

Size not in stock? We can exchange for another product or process a refund.

We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Orders are dispatched same day (orders placed before 2pm) or next business day.

• Under 500g: Shipped in eco-friendly biodegradable satchels
• Over 500g: Australia Post Satchel (flat rate up to 5kg Australia-wide)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post International Parcel Service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination country.

Important: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs in your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

USA Orders: A 10% tariff fee is automatically added at checkout to cover US government import duties - we pay this for you!
