The FLEUR Jacquard Fabric Range features luxe embossed jacquard fabric in latte with a raised floral pattern you can feel. Our adjustable dog harnesses are fully adjustable at both neck and chest points with NO PULL front D-ring design, lined with breathable mesh for ultimate comfort. Gold-toned metal hardware paired with colour-matched latte quick-release buckles creates the perfect designer touch. All harnesses are tested to AU/NZ safety standards and suitable for car travel.

The FLEUR range includes: adjustable dog harness, dog collar, dog leash, disposable poop bag holder, and elegant Sailor Bows, Bow Ties, and Collar Flowers in matching jacquard fabric.

Care Instructions

Keep your gear looking fresh! Machine washable on a cold gentle cycle (30°C max). Pop in a laundry bag with mild detergent, then lay flat to dry in indirect sunlight.

Important:

• Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron
• Natural fading may occur over time - this is normal wear and tear
• We recommend using a laundry bag to protect hardware

Faulty Products

Received a faulty product? We're so sorry! Contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a refund - no need to send it back!

Wrong Size? No Problem!

How to Exchange:

• Contact us first - we'll check if your size is in stock
• Order the correct size online - we'll ship it same day
• Return the wrong size to us (we'll provide the address)

Important:

• Products must be unworn and in new condition (tried on is fine!)
• Keep tags attached if possible
• Refund processed within 5 working days of receiving your return
• You cover return shipping costs

We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Orders are dispatched same day (orders placed before 2pm) or next business day.

• Under 500g: Shipped in eco-friendly biodegradable satchels
• Over 500g: Australia Post Satchel (flat rate up to 5kg Australia-wide)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post International Parcel Service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination country.

Important: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs in your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

USA Orders: A 10% tariff fee is automatically added at checkout to cover US government import duties - we pay this for you!

Delivery Times

• International: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
