Fleur Jacquard Fabric Adjustable NO PULL Harness
This gorgeous luxury floral Fleur jacquard fabric adjustable NO PULL classic style harness by Hendricks and Maple is part of our Fleur Range and like all our harnesses it adjusts at both the neck and chest areas and lined with breathable mesh fabric so you can ensure an incredibly comfortable fit for your pet. Complete your look with the matching lead, collar, disposable bag holder and sailor bow sold separately or as a 4pce set. This gorgeous range is made from embossed floral jacquard fabric and is very beautiful. This harness has a front D ring to assist with training. The NO PULL classic style harness has gold metal hardware and matching coloured buckles. Easy to clean and maintain as the set is machine washable in a laundry bag.
This range is available in sizes XS, S, M, L and XL and in the colour "Latte".

Always measure your pet for the correct fit and if inbetween sizes go up a size. Available in sizes XSmall, Small, Medium, Large and XLarge. Your measurements should allow for a 2-3cms extra width for comfort and the more adjustment you have the better. Most adult cats fit a size XS collar and harness sizing is the same as for dogs.
PRODUCT INFO & CARE
NOTE Adjustable harness and accessories are machine washable in a laundry bag and should be laid flat to dry. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron. Fabrics may fade over time. Made from natural and synthetic fibres. Harness is lined with breathable mesh lining, with adjustable harness points at both the neck and the chest for the perfect fit. The range has a combination of gold metal coloured hardware, O rings and D rings, zippers and matching coloured buckles. Very easy to clean and maintain.

Different designs and manufacturers have different sizings so always measure your pet for the perfect fit for the design you are buying. You want to measure your pet around the neck and chest points (behind the legs at the widest point) and must allow an additional few cms (slip 3 fingers widths in when measuring) at each of these points for your pets comfort.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:
Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable.
Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.
For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection. We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved. All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.
If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange. The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.
We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.

We use Australia Post standard domestic parcel service in international post to send our goods. Please see final shipping cost which will be calculated in the checkout section and based on the weight of your total order. Some items covered by standard rate shipping.

Our gorgeous Fleur Range luxury fabric adjustable harness is available in sizes XS-XL. Please measure your BOW prior to purchase for the correct fit and go up a size if on the edge of the range. Always allow an additonal 2-3cms or 3 fingers under the measuring tape for your BOWs comfort.
