Our printed neoprene classic-style harnesses and collars come in 4 sizes XS-L. Please measure your BOW prior to purchase for the correct fit and go up a size if on the edge of the range.  Always allow an additonal 2-3cms or 3 fingers under the measuring tape for your BOWs comfort.

Care Instructions

Keep your gear looking fresh! All our printed neoprene dog harnesses and accessories are machine washable on a cold gentle cycle (30°C max). Pop them in a laundry bag with mild detergent, then lay flat to dry in indirect sunlight.

Important:

• Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron
• Natural fading may occur over time - this is normal wear and tear
• We recommend using a laundry bag to protect hardware

• Breathable mesh lining for comfort
• Fully adjustable at neck and chest points for the perfect fit
• Strong, durable construction tested to AU/NZ safety standards

The printed neoprene ranges all have matching accessories: dog collar, dog leash, disposable dog poop bag holder, dog bandana (selected ranges), and adjustable dog car restraint.

Faulty Products

Received a faulty product? We're so sorry! Contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a refund - no need to send it back!

Wrong Size? No Problem!

How to Exchange:

• Contact us first - we'll check if your size is in stock
• Order the correct size online - we'll ship it same day
• Return the wrong size to us (we'll provide the address)

Important:

• Products must be unworn and in new condition (tried on is fine!)
• Keep tags attached if possible
• Refund processed within 5 working days of receiving your return
• You cover return shipping costs

Size not in stock? We can exchange for another product or process a refund.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Orders are dispatched same day (orders placed before 2pm) or next business day.

• Under 500g: Shipped in eco-friendly biodegradable satchels
• Over 500g: Australia Post Satchel (flat rate up to 5kg Australia-wide)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post International Parcel Service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination country.

Important: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs in your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

USA Orders: A 10% tariff fee is automatically added at checkout to cover US government import duties - we pay this for you!

Delivery Times

• Australia: 2-5 business days (from dispatch)
• International: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
