NOTE Adjustable harness and accessories are machine washable in a laundry bag and should be laid flat to dry. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron. Fabrics may fade over time. Made from natural and synthetic fibres. Custom Hendricks and Maple design printed neoprene fabric with breathable mesh lining, with adjustable harness points at both the neck and the chest for the perfect fit.

Match your look with the matching accessories for this custom print including lead, collar and disposable bag holder. Some designs also have matching bandanas and car restraints.

Different designs and manufacturers have different sizings so always measure your pet for the perfect fit for the design you are buying. You want to measure your pet around the neck and chest points (behind the legs at the widest point) and must allow an additional few cms (slip 3 fingers widths in when measuring) at each of these points for your pets comfort.

If however there is a problem here are our exchange and return policies:

Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. You can obtain a store credit for incorrect sizes or change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase if the goods are in the same condition as received with all tags and labels still attached, in the original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage costs for returning these items and any store credit will not include shipping costs as they are not refundable.

Before returning any goods to us for either faulty or incorrect items, refunds, exchanges or change of mind purchases please email us at hendricksandmaple@gmail.com with your name, order number and invoice number and date purchased with photos of the product within 7 days of receipt for faulty items and within 30 days of purchase for incorrect sizing/change of mind and we will reply to you as soon as possible to resolve the situation. Please don't just send products without speaking with us first.

For faulty goods please provide photos of the problem and we will discuss returning the item to us for inspection. We will send a replacement to you (or refund if no stock is available) once your refund is approved. All goods are checked prior to sending that they are not faulty and will arrive to you in great condition. If something is missing from your order please contact us immediately.

If you have ordered an incorrect size or have change of mind we will do our best to exchange the item for the size you require, stock depending, or exchange for a same-priced product however we can not cover postage expenses and you will need to return the item back to us for processing first at your expense before we can issue an exchange. The item must be in the condition it was received with all tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and unused to be approved for exchange. Please email us first within 30 days of purchase to discuss before returning.

We will exchange your item for another size if approved or if we do not have stock exchange for another same-priced product. In some circumstances we will give you a store credit. Shipping costs will not be covered in a store credit or exchange agreement however as these charges are not refundable.
Our printed neoprene step-in-style harnesses and collars come in 5 sizes XXS-L. Please measure your BOW prior to purchase for the correct fit and go up a size if on the edge of the range. Always allow an additonal 2-3cms or 3 fingers under the measuring tape for your BOWs comfort. This type of harness can sometimes be better for your BOW than classic-style harnesses if you have issues with small neck and larger chest measurements for some breeds - this is because the adjustment is split over 4 points in this type of harness whereas the classic style you are literally adjusting either the neck or the chest. The step-in style harness adjusts from all four points at the back and could be the answer youre looking for with breeds that have big chest to small neck ratios. Note there is no XXS size collar and the measurement range of the XS collar covers both sizes.

Love Love Love!!!
We were so excited to receive our harness and collar set for our little mini schnauzer hazel (she loves it too !! )the quality is great , feels and looks like and will last along time . Love the bright designs .
We've occasionally had difficulty finding dog accessories for hazel as she’s so small but our set in the XS size fits her perfectly - thanks so much Hendricks and Maple

Beautiful and High Quality
They arrived beautifully packaged and I was instantly impressed with the high quality! The leads have a little metal hoop to attach the doggy bag holder, which I really loved. The printed pattern is high quality and looks stunning and adorable! Everything fits perfectly, even on my two tiny girls. I will definitely be buying more patterns and colours for my two Pomeranians! Love love love it!

Absolutely Love It!!!
Beautiful quality! My little Foxy is so hard to shop for but the xs harness set fits perfectly and she doesn't Houdini her way out.
I Love that it has everything I need in the set, (including the car seat belt) all in the super cute Donut design!
