International Shipping

We ship worldwide with Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. Most orders arrive in the destination country around 5 days after ordering, and the average delivery time from ordering to receipt is around 2–3 weeks, depending on your country's customs and local postal service.

Import Duties & Taxes

USA (incl. territories), Canada, UK, Germany, Sweden and Denmark: all import duties, taxes and fees are prepaid by us and included at checkout — nothing more to pay on arrival.

Elsewhere in the EU: your country will charge VAT plus an EU customs duty (~€3) and handling fee (~€2) before delivery. These are charged per type of product, not per piece — our collars, harnesses, leads, bandanas and dog clothing all count as one type, so most orders attract just one ~€5 charge.

Rest of the world: your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery — please check your local rules before ordering.

Please note: we can't be held responsible if the delivery address provided is incorrect.
