Important:

• Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron
• Natural fading may occur over time - this is normal wear and tear
• We recommend using a laundry bag to protect hardware

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. Most orders arrive in the destination country around 5 days after ordering, and the average delivery time from ordering to receipt is around 2–3 weeks, depending on your country's customs and local postal service.

Import Duties & Taxes

• USA (incl. territories), Canada, UK, Germany, Sweden and Denmark: all import duties, taxes and fees are prepaid by us and included at checkout — nothing more to pay on arrival.
• Elsewhere in the EU: your country will charge VAT plus an EU customs duty (~€3) and handling fee (~€2) before delivery. These are charged per type of product, not per piece — our collars, harnesses, leads, bandanas and dog clothing all count as one type, so most orders attract just one ~€5 charge.
• Rest of the world: your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery — please check your local rules before ordering.

Please note: we can't be held responsible if the delivery address provided is incorrect.
